UKSSSC Assistant Teacher Recruitment 2024 Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:
- Assistant Teacher (General): Must have completed a four-year integrated degree (B.A. Ed.) with any two topics from Economics, Civics, History, or Geography at the Regional Institute of Education of NCERT.
- Assistant Teacher (Mathematics): Must have completed a four-year integrated degree (B.Sc. Ed) with one mathematics and two physics courses from the Regional Institute of Education of NCERT.
- Assistant Teacher (Science): A four-year integrated course (B.Sc. Ed) in one, two, or three biology, chemistry, and botany from the Regional Education Institute of NCERT is required.
- Assistant Teacher (Hindi): Must have completed a four-year integrated program at the Regional Education Institute of NCERT, specializing in Hindi literature.
- Assistant Teacher (Urdu): A degree from an Indian institution founded by statute, where the study of Urdu literature was required till the very end.
- Assistant Teacher (English): Completed the four-year integrated program at the Regional Institute of Education of NCERT (B.A. Ed.) with English literature.
- Assistant Teacher (Arts): The National Council for Teacher Education-recognized institution must provide a minimum four-year B.Ed. in Arts.
- Assistant Teacher (Physical Education): A minimum one-year degree in physical education (B.P.Ed.) or equivalent from an institution accredited by the National Council for Teacher Education.
- Assistant Teacher (Music): A bachelor’s degree in music (singing or playing) from an Indian institution founded by legislation.
- Assistant Teacher (Home Science): LT Diploma from any state- or federally-recognized training facility or institution, or B.Ed from a legally established university.
- Assistant Teacher (Commerce): Four-year NCERT regional college graduate with a commerce concentration (B.A. Ed.).
